Lovely property literally surrounded by wildlife, beautiful suites, very conveniently located near Yala National Park. Delicious dining options, welcoming staff and service. Would recommend and return again if in Yala Sri Lanka area.

Worst service ever!

It was my birthday, I have mentioned to hotel before check in. We had dinner and made a request for a cake they confirmed we waited no cake came. We didn’t ask for anything complementary or free we were paying for it. This is the first year I celebrate my birthday with no cake or celebration. Very disappointed although I have chosen Hilton since it’s a 5 star international hotel . Every year all hotels even the 3 , 4 or 5 celebrate. They even didn’t Say happy birthday. Extremely disappointed with their services . Other than that they were too slow in checking in check out. Serving the lunch, serving the dinner I’m disappointed with their service

The hotel is very new! Everything was perfect and the food delicious!! The chef is pretty good! The safari was very nice and the ranger has a lot of knowledge about the area.
