It was a nice hotel for the price, but the one downside is the outside the hotel smelled really bad.

Woke up at 3am with bed bugs over my pillow. Was given another room and later told they were ants. Im not convinced but either way, they should not have been in the bed. I was bitten by them and only offered a very small refund. No apology.

I had a brief stay as I arrived late and left very early the following day but the Serra mattress was excellent and the room was in a quiet location. The staff was courteous. If I’m ever in S.F. again I will stay there.

It was so good, very clean and staff are very nice. The last shuttle comes at 10.30.

Overall a nice stay for a short trip! If driving, parking cost $12/day which I didn't know about until I got there.
