Carpet in halls and front desk area had huge stains throughout. The only thing hot about the breakfast was waffles, so all carbs, basically.

It really isn’t that difficult to clean up around your motel! Even the entrance was tacky and dirty. One side of the building was just a huge pile of dog feces.

When arriving the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke in the halls and carpets were very stained, seemed gross and un comfortable along with the down stairs ive machine being broken and having to go to the 3rd floor for ice. But we did get the delux suite, and the room was great, clean and nice. I dont have anyrying good to day avlbput the rest of the hotel, but the room was nice and good eblugh to not hate the stay

The hotel desperately needs updating. The carpet was filthy and stained. The bed was in need of repair. The bathroom, however, was clean. It looks like they might be starting renovations because we saw boxes of flooring stacked. The breakfast was not what I would call a breakfast. One waffle maker, pkg’d bear claws, cereal and juice. As a diabetic that wasn’t an option.

Sheets were stained and dirty. Elevator was filthy. Alarm went off for an hour never silenced. Changed rooms because of dirty sheets. The next room had dirty foot prints in the tub. Carpet was worn out. Not a pleasant stay.

The people that worked the front counter were very nice and friendly. But the beds were terrible. We used 2 rooms each room had 2 people, out of the 4 adults 3 could barely get up the next morning because the beds were so hard.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. I also feel that they, along with other hotels in town, were playing games with their rates due to some wildfire evacuations in the area. $150 per night for a weeknight in a 1 star facility is a bit much.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We checked in, and were given a room on floor 2 (a non-pet floor). We walked in and noticed it was musty and smelled strongly of wet dog. Floor 1 & 3 are pet floors so we turned on the air, hoping that it would subside, but my disabled traveling companion started feeling extremely nauseous from the smell. We had paid $225 a night and had been in the room for maybe 30 minutes but the front desk refused to honor a refund for the first night as we had "already checked in." They cited a policy which stated a refund was not permissable after check in, even in a case such as room condition. We found another hotel for over $400/ night and left. I have honestly never experienced a front desk agent ever be so inconsiderate, especially when the reservation had been booked just an hour before check in. It was a very high rate, deplorable room condition, and just inconsiderate "customer service." Hotels.con for their part tried to get the front desk to agree to a refund but the staff said they would only refund the second night. I wouldn't risk booking here. If you have ANY issue with the room they will not refund you even if they're unable to provide a clean room.

Very easy to freeway. Close to eateries and shopping. The hotel needs a little TLC, but the room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was awesome.
