I don’t like that they told me they only clean the room every 7 days I check in on a Tuesday my check out time was Sunday so I spent 5 days there so the 3rd day I called them to ask when do they clean our room because I trash was running over we needed tissue and towels and plus we wanted our sheets changed so when I call the front desk I was told they only clean once a week I didn’t like that answer so I ask if i could I get my trash changed some towels and tissue so they did do that when I ask

We had easy checkin for an overnight stay. Room is spacious and price very reasonable. No dog smells. Carpet must be pretty clean because our dogs did not do a lot of sniffing around in the room.

First, let me say I LOVE Candlewood Suites!!! That is always my first choice wherever i go. But i had an issue with my door key this time. It would take me several times to unlock the door. That was frustrating. Then the handle to flush the toilet was NOT screwed in correctly and kept falling out. And the knob on the bathtub was reversed. The hot was cold and the cold was hot.
