Check is was easy. The hotel is nice. Breakfast was the best part. Pillows are small and awkward. We just went to Ross to buy some. The bed was not very comfortable. Area was safe clean.

Amazed!!
I’m a firm believer of, “If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.” I never leave bad reviews even when I probably should as a warning to future guests. I have stayed at many Interstate hotels/motels as my family and I often take road trips across the country, we have young kids and it’s just easier. This Best Western Plus has got to be the CLEANEST room I’ve stayed in, in quite a looooong time. The service from the front desk was quick and friendly. The room was free of dust and icky smells. The bathroom was very clean (free of any hair). The beds and pillows were comfortable and soft. I’m honestly speechless. Thank you to the staff and management for doing such a great job. Thank you for making my family’s stay a pleasant one! By the way, in past reviews I have read and I believe it’s pictured (the old couch is gone). The Lobby is warm and inviting :)

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I only have two small complaints. There were no curtains that could be drawn over the sheers for privacy at night or to darken the room in the morning. I wish the lighting had been brighter in the bathroom. Otherwise, i would recommend it.

Our room, room 210 was extremely musty smelling. Woke up with headache and congestion because of it. Also the maids are moving cleaning carts between floors using the one elevator that people need to use for luggage at the same time as people are trying to leave.
