I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. It wasn’t anything fancy but it was a place to stay for a few nights. The other day I received a creepy phone call, addressing me by my real name (which I never introduce myself as) from a number from Texarkana. I have not given my number to anyone from here so I know it was this establishment. With this being said I will never be staying here again because of this weirdness. I don’t know the name of the man who creepily called me but you should be ashamed of yourself as this is so unprofessional and frankly very scary.

Not up to the mark

The room was damp smelly and when asked for extra towel the front office gave a 2 mins lecture. The breakfast is typical bread and butter nothing much fascinating.

Cons: The parking lot wasn't in great repair. Our room was infested with fruit flies. The bed was firm/hard. The complimentary breakfast didn't have any meat/egg options and was bland. It was very disappointing. It caused us to have to find breakfast elsewhere which added an unexpected expense to our trip. The microwave in the room looked like it was over 30 years old. The pool was outside and in full sun. It didn't feel accessible and with 80-90+ degree temps with high humidity, it was ripe for sunburns to happen as no shade was apparent. Pros: A/C worked great. Room was clean until the fruit flies arrived. It is a clear case of you get what you pay for.

The first room we were checked into had a huge cockroach on the bed as soon as we walked in. We walked right back out. The front desk lady was super nice amd accommodating. Checked us into a different room. The 2nd room had empty shampoo/conditioner bottles. Thankfully i bring my own. The building itself is outdated and could use some work. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. So it was what it was

Old, dirty, and stinky!

They offered a check in online link but the hotel said they don’t know anything about it. So I wasted time checking in twice. The online reservation said check out is noon, but hotel says 11am. The whole place is old and falling apart. The room is dirty, no tub stop to give my kid a bath. The microwave looked clean until you looked inside at the top! The bathroom stinks and the room has a weird stinky odor.

Lots of confusion between your site and theirs when it comes to pets. I blame hotels.com equally in this. Outside of that the hotel was quite dirty tho i suppose it's due to them having many open positions

Our stay was comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was nice. My only two issues were the pool didn’t have water in it yet. Also we didn’t need our room cleaned, but asked for clean towels. We were told by the front desk they were only available during a certain time frame in the morning. This was very disappointing since we needed clean washcloths and couldn’t get any.

Property generally appears run down. In room the curtains have multiple stains, the toilet has stains and the towel shelf over the toilet is broken and hanging at an angle. The furniture is old and badly worn. Parking lot has serious potholes. Hallways and lobby reek of food odors. Bed is ok and we are only stopping for the night. Otherwise I would leave.

It was ok. I booked thru expedia which is where i look at my itinerary. Expedia states check out is noon. However, its not. I had some rude woman knocking on our door telling me we were past check out at 11:03. And she would only give us 10 more minutes to leave. She told me i booked thru a 3rd party but i should have done so thru their own site so i knew when check out was. Also when we arrived their was a pair of hanes mens underwear in the drawer. The inside room was clean except that. But could use upgrades and a fresh paint job. Would do wonders. We did feel safe arriving at 3am.
