The room was clean. The establishment is run down, the room was nice and clean. The area doesn't appear safe. Lots of random people hanging out in the parking lots around the area.

The cleaning staff put dirty sheets on the bed and wouldn’t change them so I had to. The toilet was clogged for a whole day and was never fixed

Very nice. Willing to go the extra mile to provide awesome customer service . Pool was wonderful and clean. Patio tables and chairs so the adults can watch the kiddos swim. They pretty much left the breakfast area open until everything was gone. Not like most hotels where breakfast ends at 9am and they take the food away at exactly 9am. Room was nice has a table and 2 chairs. There's highway noise outside but you cant hear it at all in the rooms. It was a great experience. Can't beat the price.

We stopped there late on our way to Louisiana and found the hotel really outdated and not very welcoming. The room was ok but needed to be remodeled. The carpet in the hall was old and dirty. In the room, the sofa was old and dirty with stains.

Active drug use by the hot tub, of which was not even warm. Unable to check in for 10 min because the front desk was pooping and unavailable. Ceiling peeling above shower. Very loud plumbing.

I would not stay here again
The room was dirty looking and had a funky, dank like smell to it. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website. No bed bugs were found. I did find a dead cockroach inside of the refrigerator. I stayed only because it was late and I was tired. I did not sleep well and I left my belongings in the car.

Our check in was the best part. The hot tub was not working cement was crumbling in it. Breakfast eating area was not upkeep was nasty. They didn’t restock breakfast.
