No hot water at all in 2 different rooms, there was mouse in are room when I said something to the attendant on duty he said “OH”! Floors need cleaned, leave your feet black, shower tile is falling in, water dripping in the bathroom above the tub, coffee pit had mold in it! Never again! Oh and they have people living there!!!!

We arranged this stay in February 2024 for October 2024. We rented 2 rooms. When we checked in they said that one room was at one end of the motel & the second was at the opposite end of the motel. Why would you split the two room rental this way? I could understand them not being side-by-side, but opposite ends? Doesn't make sense!!!

The absolute worst experience we have ever had, we called a day in advance to let the hotel managers know that because of an ER visit, we would not be checking in for the first day of our stay. They said that would be fine. And we would NOT be charged. So after our stay we went to turn in our room keys. And surprise, they charged us anyway. The area is unsafe, homeless people everywhere! Sad really. The room had bed bugs, And even with a do not disturb sign on our door, we were told to open our door, only to explain we didn’t need for the room to be cleaned. Phone was broken, we literally had to beg for amenities that were suppose to be provided. T.V worked on and off. We will never hook with another Travel Lodge again!!!!

The property had a lot of illegal activity on the property. The staff did not care about any concerns. The bedding was dirty, I could see people walking pass outside the door at the bottom of the door because there was such a big gap. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, people were yelling all night, and someone was banging their head all night that was on drugs. This is the worst place I have ever been.

The exterior is tore up. Breakfast service aweful. I was charged two deposits because they ran it twice. Only refunded once. My wife and i stayed one night and room was good outside of the bathroom sink leaking. I have contacted them and they say they dont have money. Its on my credit card. Scams!
