There was a big hole in the wall and the bottom of the sink had been torn off. There was no hot water, ran the sink for 10 minutes and it barely got warm.

Great stay. Breakfast was ok but they kept it supplied. Our room had a noisy air conditioner (it sounded like a diesel engine when the compressor kicked on). I told management and they offered to move us - but the hotel was full and that would have been a challenge. We stayed in the room voluntarily. Surprised none of the other staff had noticed that, but now they know! Very clean & otherwise peaceful. The place is kind of hidden without much signage so we relied on our e-maps to get us there. The outside is nothing to look at, but it’s a good night’s stay.

I called the reservation number, guy on the phone was rude, told me they won’t honor the Expedia reservation, hung up on me. When I called back and asked the incidental fee, he told me there wouldn’t be one. There ended up being a $150 incidental fee. Hotel area not so great. Thankfully Expedia refunded me.

The facility was nice, staff was friendly, but I was working nights and put the do not disturb on the door and they still knocked on the door for house keeping. They would come in and clean the bathroom and leave fresh towels but not change the sheets. I had to check out two days earlier than expected and didn’t get a refund.
