I completed the pre check-in before arrival. When I arrived at 10:00, we were expected. We were quite tired after a long day! Desk clerk asked if we had any pets. No... When we got to our room, there was a dog barking and whining loudly in a nearby room. Obviously left alone, and needed attention. I asked for a different room, which was provided quickly. We were settling in, and watching some television before going to sleep, when our phone rang at 11:15. It was the desk clerk telling us there was a noise complaint from someone on our floor. It was so bizarre, as we were not making any noise, and the television was low. It was almost as if she was calling any random room to ask if they were making noise. Bizarre. When we woke up in the morning, it was a Monday holiday, and we went down for breakfast at 9:00. The door was closed and a sign said breakfast was over. Unbelievable! On a holiday weekend! BTW - the clerk said nothing about wifi passwords, or breakfast time. Very impersonal. Otherwise, the hotel was amazing!

This is the best dog-friendly hotel in Terre Haute. Spacious updated rooms and facilities, comfortable mattresses, attentive staff. A nice area for the pup to do their business withput worrying about needles and stuff on the ground. No complaints here.

We found the room to be lacking in cleanliness. It was dusty it certain areas of room like it wasn't taken care of in awhile. And when we went for breakfast the coffee wasn't hot but warm. Not going there again.
