Booked this hotel online for Mothers day weekend to take the misses for a relaxing night in a hottub and the pictures show a nice hottub online but the hotel has no hottub. Also requested and paid for a room with two queen beds, got a king, with blood on the sheets! Im not kidding!!! The room dont even have a bathtub. Hands down the worst experience Ive ever paid for and now my girlfriend is breaking up with me.

It has been nice it is quiet and the availability is great for the price, the only down fall is that the hot tub wasn't open and the bathroom mirror was a bit dirty other that that it has been a nice stay

Elevator hot tub pool heater all broken. Didnt get in my room until 3 and a half hours after i got there. 630 pm. Given a full refund at check out. But was never refunded. Not been contacted by hotel eithor.
