Once you get past the smell the staff is extremely friendly. But that was the only positive… The rooms are really old and smelly. None of our outlets worked except for the one in the bathroom and the power bar for the TV. You can hear every door on the floor close not handy while trying to sleep. The rooms definitely have no sound barrier. The elevator sounds like it’s slowly crying for help and is going to break down any day now. The pillows are cut in half and would be better on a couch, they feel like they would be fluffy until you lay on them. Apparently there is a thing as to much fluff. We asked for extra towels and the house keeping would only give them to us after looking in our bathroom. Parking is insane there is hardly any parking in a squishy parking lot. This is just the hotel. The restaurant is a hot mess also. Breakfast the first day went really well then at supper we had reservations made because we were a big group. We all expected to have wait time waiting for food but we sat almost a hour to even have our orders taken. Lots of missing drinks and food items this carried onto breakfast. We got there first thing at 7 am since we needed to be on the road at 7:30. There was not many people in the restaurant and it was another 45+ minute wait. The worst part is the staff in the hotel and restaurant are really friendly and helpful but I definitely will not be going there again. The food once we got it was also yummy!
