great value for money, there us a language barrier at check-in but nothing that you cannot overcome, Note to tourists arriving by car: you need to ask for a special card if you want to go out of the lot and return, adn you need to ask for it at the front desk

従業員さんは良かったけど…
従業員さんはとても感じが良かったです。 身長の低い私にとって、ルームウエアがサイズ一択なのがとても残念でした。 電気代も膨大な金額になるから仕方のないかとかもしれませんが、真夏に部屋に入って汗が吹き出すほどの室内温度はホテルサービスとしてどうなのか？と思いました。 夜に隣の部屋なのかどうかは分かりませんが、ドンッという音が何度かしてて落ち着けなかったです。 朝食も少し遅めに行ったからか食べる物の種類がとても少なくてガッカリしました。 フードロスの為に必要なのかもしれませんが、非日常の朝食で食べる物が選べないのはサービスを提供しているホテルとしてどうかと思いました。 もし、また何かあれば他に泊まるところもあまりないので利用するので少しでも改善して頂けたら嬉しいです。 特に朝食の改善をお願いします。
