The check in process was very smooth and the staff at the front desk was very nice. The room was ok, but there were areas that didn’t seem to be clean. The toilet was dirty when we arrived and there was also a pair of shorts from a previous guest that were left in the corner of the room. Aside from that, our stay was nice.

The hot water in the sink was turned off.....only after I got on the floor to inspect it, did I realize that the valve had been closed. The front desk was useless. Photos of the property on the website had no relation to the actual place. It was definitely not a $400. a night hotel.

I didnt like that we were not told the room would be cleaned and towels replaced. I didn’t mine the sheets not changed but most places will still make your bed, throw trash and give it clean towels. When I asked why they did bring towels. There are no signs saying ask for tidy up.

The propert is IK for the weekday price, but we arrived at 2:30 PM and we’re told that we could not check in until three. When we returned at three, there were a line of people that had already checked in ahead of us. Why not take care of customers so that they’re not having to wait 45 minutes to check in? We checked in at a different property with a different owner in San Diego the following day and they allow us to check in a bit early.
