The property has been upgraded but some areas still need more upgrading. The check-in process was not pleasant as representative at the counter was not pleasant. He seemed bothered and did not provide a welcoming feel as I checked in. Must work on that as it is the first impression a customer receives.

I didn’t like the 3 pm check in time. It was very difficult to get through by phone regarding an earlier check in. The phone just rang and rang. Emails weren’t answered either.

We found the stay to be nice. The only thing would be not the most comfortable mattresses. But other than that nice place.

We always stay at this location. Some visits are good and some just okay. This was a just okay visit. Went for coffee and there was none, there was a lot more noise from other tenants this visit then we have experienced in the past. We will return and give it another try.
