Its was good but i order food from lobby bar i found hair in my ranch and the room restroom was full of woman hair not clean shampoo bottles were black and dirty

We stayed last year and loved our experience, this year the rooms felt very used, lots of tournament families for sure enjoy this property. Multiple carpet stains, shower floor felt slippery and visible yellowish grime with dark corners.

Tough to check in..

Check in was difficult due to hotels.com reservation not reflecting at hotel although it has been hours since booking. Front desk told me to reach out myself to hotels.com instead of trying to fix the problem occurring on their end. The place was very nice and rooms are spacious with high ceiling.

Some staff very helpful and nice, but had a Problem with our window blind, called and 3 hrs later still had not come to fix. Toilet backed up and the shower doors stuck and would not slide. Breakfast very expensive for what was offered and no coffee available until 7:00 am. What???

Our stay was just okay. They only service the rooms every other day. They charge guests for parking. And there is no continental breakfast offered, just a buffet you have to pay $20 for.

Awakened Three Times By Fire Alarm Test

The fire alarm went off three times, got no answer at front desk; found out it was a prescheduled test but guests were not informed? Gpt very little sleep. Parking fee seemed unnecessary. Staff was very nice.
