What was unique about our room was that the bathroom exhaust fan once turned on could not be turned off and it continued for the rest of our two-night stay. Other than that it was a nice place, and we would stay there again.

The room had a common door with the next room and we could hear everything. The hotel is poorly noise insulated in general. The toilet seat was clean but stained and old.

I liked the property and it was so confident to walk wherever we wanted to go. My only big concern is that the walls are very thin and it was very loud at night. The first night we were in a room that connected directly outside and we could hear other guests talking at the fireplace for hours which made it very difficult to sleep. We did ask staff to move our room the next day which they accommodated. Overall it was nice, the building is just a little outdated.

As you would expect, you’re paying for the location, not the room or the hotel. Parking was minimal so expect to have to find your own street parking or park in the garage a few blocks away.

This hotel was a great place to stay in Telluride. Great location that gave easy access to the town. Fire pit outside encouraged conversation with other guests.

The best thing about this property is its proximity to the gondola station, the main street attractions, shopping, and dining—the location is ideal. We visited when the weather was nice and cool. Rooms have no AC, which might be a problem for some people. There is no elevator, but there is only one level up or down to climb, which might also be an issue for some. Rates are the most competitive we found. Continental breakfast is OK, but there are few places to sit. We didn't mind and enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall the property is very well maintained, quiet, convenient, and attractive, and you feel safe. However, the room could use some updating; the furniture was worn - wood furniture is in need of replacing or refinishing, and the chair seats were stained. The area around the tub and floor could use a thorough cleaning. These details detract from the overall quality of the room.

There was a online reservations mistake by a third party app. The Victorian Inn went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of even though it was not their fault. Great customer care.

For the price paid, value unsatisfying. Noisy from all around upstairs downstairs and people walking around, beds were so noisy. Bathroom has mold and the bathtub was gross. Never again. I'm sorry for the comments but you need to know why I will not visit again.

Older property but very clean parking was good for us we got a spot but seems like the whole town oarking is an issue. Was close to everything we oarked and walked the rest of our trip.
