Great friendly staff, a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the big smoke. Close to the centre of Telford without the stuck in the city feel.

Great if you don’t take a dog
The room was not ideal when you have a dog. If you are offering dogs to stay, the room should be bigger. The beds were horrendous, the worse sleep I’ve ever had. Another thing I would suggest is trying to sound proof the rooms. We could hear full conversations at 3am from the corridor and the room next door The staff were as always amazing. And were very helpful with our dog and made a fuss of her.

The stay was OK. This is definitely designed as a business hotel with extras. Also there were no local facilities so if you needed anything you had to drive. The fixtures and fittings were reasonable but dated. The view was a brick wall. For a family stay ok but definitely a business hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff greeted us on arrival. The food was fantastic and kids ate free! Breakfast had something for everyone and the swimming pool was a lovely bonus for the kids. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and attentive. My only complaint would be that you have no fridges in the room for diabetics to keep their insulin in, but we had a work around of ice in a wine cooler!
