This place isn’t worth the amount of money I paid .. I rented a room for 6 for 2 nights .. the setup of the restaurant and relaxing areas is beautiful really enjoyed that area very much ... however this place was a total nightmare. As soon as I walked into the room I turned around and told the guy I wanted to cancel the second night .. for these reasons 1. Room was small , simple and dirty and no worth $150 they have us 3 stained towels for 6 ! Bed sheets stained with mold and blood stains , unfortunately I didn’t see that until it was to late to do anything about it .. the next morning I asked to speak the person who was in charge the young boy just said “she left and said you can’t cancel the 2nd night “ they never let me communicate with the owner . I agreed to stay if they cleaned the room .. they sent someone to clean and she only changed two of the theee beds .. at this point I was tired of asking for stuff .. 2nd night was worse .. there was another family who decided it was ok to have a drinking party with beer all over the place and extremely loud music. my kids could not enjoy the pool again . There is a sign saying no beverages and food allowed . I had to complaine twice for someone to come and tell them something .. of course they knew it was me so they made our night miserable by blasting the music. 1am I could no longer take it and texted one of the guys that was working to please ask the guard to do something . Finally between 2-3am music went off.
