The hotel is well located, close to shopping centers and restaurants. The Check-in process was bad. The reception didn’t know anything about my reservations. Front desk staff was rude, never smiled, no welcome greetings. The room had very old towels, the beds were very uncomfortable. I would not stay there again.

Buen hotel. El problema es el personal de recepción, son bastantes groseros y cortantes. De forma grosera te dice que el pago se tiene que hacer en recepción , y que ellos no se hacen responsables del cargo que se hizo en Expedía o de ninguna plataforma. Además se ponen exigentes con el huésped. Buen hotel, pero mala atención del personal
