The hotel is beautiful, however, the rooms are a little small, especially the bathroom, I had to get in the shower to be able to close the door of the bathroom. The front doors are very pretty, but the light of the outside lamps and the sunlight get in the room and is hard to sleep with too much light inside. We forgot a couple of clothes in the closet and when we call the hotel they said they didn’t find anything, we asked the front desk clerk to talk to his manager about it and he responded that he did not know who was the manager. That was very disappointing.

La puerta de la habitación la mitad es de cristal y entra la luz en la noche a la habitación tienes la luz del patio dentro en la habitación TODA LA NOCHE FUE HORRIBLE Lo comenté en recepción y los jóvenes de recepción comentaron TODOS LOS HUÉSPEDES SE QUEJAN DE LO MISMO

La propiedad está recien renovada, las instalaciones están muy bonitas y con amenidades cómodas como la alberca, las habitaciones son pequeñas y lo único malo fue que la puerta al exterior tiene una parte de cristal y deja pasar mucha luz al interior de la habitación, lo que hace difícil dormir cómodamente. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación cerca del restaurante y se escuchaba mucho ruido desde 6am debido a que estaban instalando el buffet de desayuno.

Visualmente es muy bonito, pero la musica ambiental esta muy alta y se escucha mucho en la habitación, y el servicio del restaurante en demasiado lento, esas 2 cosas no se esperan en un hotel de esa categoría.

El colchón y almohada nada confortante, habitación de tamañas ridiculo por lo chico, no hay bebidas en la alberca 30 min para llevarte un clámate con cerveza y solo llevaron jugo de tomate, no opción de rest cierran muy temprano. Desayuno malo. La luz entra terrible por las ventanas de los cuartos, pedi un up grade por ser socio Silver a habitación más grande y me la negaron. Primera vez q pido tener algún privilegio y fue negado. No regresaría a ese hotel
