Property needs maintenance. No telephone in the room. internet does not work. Place looks "very old" given it is not kept up with. Rooms need renovation. Place does not look like in the photos posted.

Todos son muy amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo a dos pasos de la alberca y nos dieron a elegir entre planta baja o planta alta. El desayuno normal pero suficiente. Recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias por hacer grata nuestra estadía.

Emerald cost stop
The address information is not accurate I was expecting to find the hotel in Tecolutla but is on the high way 30 or 40 minutes away. The bathroom is bigger than the room, not enough space to storage luggage and room door is trans lucid so pretty light up early in the morning. Construction site next door very noisy hammering at 8:00 am and the service at the breakfast area was poor. Over all the rate is too expensive no worth it to pay for this service and the place.

En mi habitación encontramos varios insectos sobre la cama (chinches) El los accesos a la playa son de difícil acceso para todos No hay menú infantil Y al ser un hotel Pet friendly, el hotell no tiene un regla de mantener amarrados a las mascotas en el restaurante del hotel

La habitación que nos tocó, puede arreglarse, no servían todas las lámparas, no servían los dispensadores de shampoo y jabón En el restaurant falta personal, la comida regular, pero cobran como si fueran de alta categoría. El lugar muy agradable para descansar y la piscina muy limpia
