The service apartment is really spacious and clean, full of equipment and amenities. Very close to town center and the lake view is just amazing. Would definitely stay again when visiting Te Anau area.

We got a studio apartment at this motel and it was amazing. Great rain shower, washer/dryer in the room. Comfy bed with a ton of pillows - what’s not to clean. The best part was the full room view of the lake right outside sliding glass doors. Also convenient to many restaurants in town, as well as pick up and drop off locations for the Milford Sound tours (Trips and Tramps) and Glow worm cave experience. One of our favorite places to stay in New Zealand. Highly recommend.

Driving up we were greeted by the lovely grounds and welcomed by the best staff. Everyone we encountered during our stay was so kind, helpful and always wearing a smile. Our room was spectacular! Spacious, very clean, such a comfortable bed, great shower after days of hiking. The views were stunning, great sunset spot. I’d book here again without hesitation.

Great room with a gorgeous view!

Such a gorgeous view and a very comfortable room. First room I have rented that even had a comfortable recliner. The staff were so friendly and professional I hope I get to visit there again.

The stay you don’t want to leave.

Beautiful Fiordland surrounded by mountains, trails, walkways, wedding parties, families with kids, boating, biking, and just swimming. Food at the restaurant is very good. I would stay there again.

A wonderful property that has been well maintained. Room was very comfortable with a spectacular outlook. Great information and tips provided at check in. Walking distance to town centre and departure point for tours. Laundry facilities and clothes line very useful. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here for a few nights. The facilities were excellent and the view of Lake Te Anau spectacular. It is an easy, flat 10 min walk into Te Anau for shops, dining, etc.

Fiordland has a clear commitment to sustainable tourism, e.g. in room compoat bin, donation to tree planting when room not serviced. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious with view to the lake across the road. Minor drawback was no smart TV in room & reception to NZ TV & limited Sky channels was patchy. However, the free laundry had a supply of books to read for rainy days.

Perfect apartment like accommodation. I was impressed with the space it provided and it was cosy for our stay. Walking distance to the Main Street which was perfect for our evenings in Te Anau.

Very good place to stay for a family of 3-4 people with a superb view of lake. It was clean and hygenic with separate common laundry facility in the premise. Walking distance from town centre so location of property was good too..

This was one of our favorite properties during our stay in New Zealand. An extremely large one bedroom unit with kitchen and living area. Comfy bed and milk and water stocked in the fridge. No A/C, but not needed as quickly as it cools down after sunset. Very walkable to everything in town.
