I thought this place was going to be a great stay for first time being in Oscoda Michigan and I thought wrong. The facility smells like human waste and Urine, theres a resident here that keeps his door open thats trashed and has human waste all over the place and then touches everything in the breakfast room. The remote to the tv doesnt even work on the tv. The beds werent even queen size beds and they was so uncomfortable. The toilet in the bathroom leaks so theres always water on the bathroom floor. All I gotta say is when I come back here I will not stay at this place at all. Not worth $200 for a 1 night stay. Wish I could honestly get my money back.

Always enjoy our stay at this little spot right on Lake Huron. Great staff, very friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything. Helena is ALWAYS there with a smile. We always feel welcome.

You can see projects were started but not finished. The ā€œhot tubā€ is a warm bath. The floor in the hot tub should be replaced, as it was cracked in multiple places Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the person checking us in was very friendly
