Westotel is an excellent hotel and I would strongly recommend. However, the breakfast situation could be improved. By 8.15 am the breakfast room was becoming untidy and the staff didn't seem to notice. On day 2 there was not enough water to boil the eggs and it was lukewarm. And no yoghurts were brought out. One person let the side down. She was sullen and didn't give the professional care that the rest of the staff did.

Faut changer le chef de salle du restaurant Il serait bien qu'il comprenne que l'on est pas pôte Deuxième étage, un plateau avec verres vides et bouteille de champ laissée dans le couloir du 15/9 à 18h00 au 16/9 08h30 heure de mon départ. Lorsqu'un client laisse ce genre de chose dans le couloir, c'est désagréable pour les autres clients Tout le reste est vraiment très bien

Service au restaurant très long malgré que 6 clients, deux personnes Sont partis avant car elle était trop longue. De plus, Des consommations au bar ne peuvent pas être mis sur la facture de l’hôtel. Donc règlement à chaque fois au bar à chaque verre cela devient compliqué. Un accueil non déplaisant, mais pas super non plus

The hotel was new looking and very clean. Beds are fine and the aircon is great and silent. The hotel was quite silent in general. However the pool was closed due to problems with the water quality and the fridge in our room didn’t work. We tried to contact the staff about this concern and met a woman who didn’t speak English and didn’t even care to look at us while talking to us. She had an English speaking colleague tell us that “it’s a mini bar, not a fridge. It’s not supposed to cool”. Probably the most ridiculous explanation in history.

Hôtel agréable, chambre propre, literie pas a notre gout, oreiller trop mou nous avons mal dormi. Petit déjeuné arrivé à 9h00, il n'y avait plus rien, plus d'omelette, plus de pancake, plus de pain de mie, uniquement confiture d'orange amère. Impossible de faire un départ tardif. Camps de gens du voyage a proximité.

Il problema del costo e in relazione a questo il trattamento del direttore, una volta in struttura volevano più soldi di quelli pagati con Expedia inoltre la piscina era chiusa e il bar non aveva le cose e il ristorante non cucinava bene
