Unit itself was pretty tired looking. Poor kitchen equipment. The location was amazing 5 star & the staff were very friendly & welcoming. Unfortunately we had small children as neighbours & one cried the whole time, all night.

Pretty cool 2 bedroom apartment right beside the lake for a decent price. Cool hot water pool, outdoor spa, indoor spa and you can use the facilities at the newer motel next door but on the same property, they have a grotto, which is like a spa inside a dark cave with lights and a few little waterfalls etc , a sauna and another hot pool.

The spa pools both private and outdoor were too low temperature. The receptionist could tell us about we could use the next hotel spa and sauna when I went to get the key for the spa just before 5pm. The sofa’s spring was noisy and uncomfortable. One of light bulb was not working. Inside drawer of cupboard was dirty and one of place wasn’t clean. Not enough coffee.

The room was very dark and dated, the couch was old and needed a deep clean. One of the bedrooms had a leak and we were moved to the Millennium. Staff were very kind and helpful. The heated pool was nice although the floor needed a vacuum.

Great location. Older style rooms

The rooms were suitable for our family stay however they really require a make over. Very old rooms with great location. Parking is not close to rooms by the beach
