The hotel had a sleek, modern design, and our room was impeccably clean with a fresh, almost brand-new feel. We had a fantastic airside view of the runway, which I particularly enjoyed—perfect for aviation enthusiasts. The pool area was a real highlight, featuring a large main pool and two smaller ones, including a hot tub-style seating area, which made for a relaxing experience. We also dined at the buffet, which offered a great variety of dishes. My only minor critique is that some of the food could have been served hotter. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in an ideal location, just two minutes from the airport. The complimentary morning transfer to the terminal was an added convenience, making our stay even more hassle-free.

Very well staffed! They provide 4 bottles of water which I have never seen in other hotels. Shuttle bus to the airport is every half an hour. Ride to the airport is only 5 mins. Very convenient!

The front desk staffs were excellent and very helpful! They help us with booking with the taxis, telling us where to visit and let us use the change room in the swimming pool since our flight leaves late. we want to freshen up before our long 15 hours flight. Thumbs up on the front desk staff!! I only have 1 complaint. There's 1 lady working on the taxi stand in front of the front desk. We booked the hotel van to go to airport since we have tour. We booked it for 7.30 am. We were there at 7.30 and the lady said the van left. We recognize the van driver (from the day before) standing next to her but she blatantly lied to us. She told the driver in chinese to not say anything (but my husband understand chinese) and she spoke english to us. what's the purpose of booking the hotel van if they not going to take us to the airport?? we took taxi instead. Despite that, we love our stay at this hotel. the front desk people are exellent!

Overall a nice hotel. It's closed to the airport and has airport shuttle hourly. But need to reserve a spot before leaving. There are on site restaurants in the hotel. Gym, spa, pool, and kids playground are at the second floor. Room looks updated and as advertisement. Nice bathroom with Electric bidet toilet seat. Breakfast buffet is good enough for most people. The hotel is great for short term stay. It machtes the 5 star rating.
