The water park was enjoyable and my kids had fun. The people who work there were nice. The hotel is overpriced for the level of service and amenities. The hotel workers are harried. There are no coffee makers in the rooms so in the morning you’re in a long line in the lobby (20 minutes) to buy coffee. Hotel guests are charged for daily parking. Just a generally inhospitable place I would not stay again.

The heating system is too old every time it turns on it’s too loud you can’t sleep if your are sleeping it’ll wake you up they charge too much for parking ,parking it should be free like KALAHARY .
