The staff were friendly and hotel was located close to Petit Socco and Grand Socco. However, it's very close to a Mosque so the public prayer services starting at 6am was quite loud and disruptive for my sleep. Also, I recommend adding a silent clock to each room.

This hotel has an amazing breakfast!! Additionally, friendly multi-lingual staff. Just a few minutes walk up the hill to an amazing seafood market! I will definitely stay here again whenever I make it back.

Excellent hotel but….
Great location and great staff! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room too. The place overall has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was good and had a great view of the Mosque and water. My big criticism is that the Medina there is full of very aggressive scammers with constant hassles. It was so bad we avoided walking around and purchasing items and instead went for a long walk on the water. The walk was an excellent alternative. Dealing with the Medina was a horrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone. This is unfortunate since this is a great hotel with many great restaurants around.

Great value for money in the medina
The location is good in the old town (medina) of Tangier. Service was excellent all the way through and the hotel can offer you many different trips and other services at competitive prices. Rooms are clean and the decoration is nice. There is a restaurant at the hotel with nice views and traditional Moroccoan food. A traditional Moroccoan breakfast is served to table in the same place. The breakfast was, in other words, a bit sweet for us Scandinavians but nevertheless enjoyable. You can exchange money at the reception. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel on the basis of location for those who want to be in the medina, and value for money.

Great staff but no lift and up a hill
The hotel staff are very nice and friendly- they helped us with all our enquiries even allowed us to change rooms when i requested a bigger room- restaurant staff are very nice and there is a nice view for breakfast The rooms were alright - clean but quite basic Hotel has no lift and we were on the top floor which was quite tiring - there is no private parking you park at the bottom and they you have to go up 3 flight of stairs to get to the hotel which is not good when you have luggage or tired - Location wise you are in the medina and near the port but there is a lot of beggers around here

The staff are very sweet. Extremely accommodating. Its in the old town, you have to climb several steps, please request the taxi driver to drop you at the inter continental hotel and from there you can use the ramp to get to the hotel.

Conveniently located inside Medinah. Lots of shopping and cafes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Need to walk outside Medinah to catch taxi to the airport as the car cannot enter Medinah area.

Excellent staff members ( Ismail ,Tariq ,and Abdulaziz ) follow up with Guests from country of departure ,Airport late night arrival pick up with driver Muhamad AlArabi ,good Breakfast including the lovely view ,and Hotel Resturant food . Not very quite in the morning because of the Mosque nearby the hotel ,but you get used to it .Nice shoping areas in the Old town and good walk to Marina .......Value for money and perfect location for solo travelers ...

I was in a single room that was unclean and with an unpleasant odour. Minimal amenities are provided, a single sachet of shampoo and a small bar of soap. Not even a bottle of water. Front desk staff are friendly. Breakfast room is delightful, beautiful view and a set and simple menu. Smoking is allowed inside the breakfast restaurant which was awful while eating. The grand mosque is right beside the hotel. You will hear the call to prayer as if it’s inside your room, it’s that loud. I personally loved the ambiance of this but others may not.

Only stayed one night. Decent room, excellent service. Friendly staff, bellboy carried my bag to room and to taxi after check out. Hotel is in the Medina so it was a several minute walk out to the street. Complementary tea upon arrival. Satisfied with my stay.

The receptionist was really kind, helpful and always available for support. Even asked for the taxi arrangement back to the airport and the rate wa fair, considering the peak time ( my friends' hotels quoted much more). Walkable to the old city and the market within a few minutes and there are good restaurants nearby as well. I would definitely recommend this place!
