Air conditioner was not working properly… it was hot, and the only small window (with broken shade) had no screen.. so you pick: mosquitoes or 95 degrees whether… Also… there was no towels and I asked for them, I was told there was no e available… no face towels, no shower towels… NADA

The property was much older and much more worn down than any of the photos suggested. By the photos, the hotel looked clean, well kept, overall, better, but reality showed the outside of the property is poorly maintained: weeds and grass growing through the parking lot, paint was all faded, logos looked a decade old, and it the grass was all overgrown. The inside looked neglected as well.

No customer service!!!! They tried to rip me off the airport is 5 minutes away but he tried to charge me 100 dirhams for the taxi!!! No help was offered to bring my luggage’s to my room, bedrooms are small and dirty!!! Find another location, don’t stay there!!!

Close to Tangiers Airport
Hotel adequate: staff great. They're looking after my bike bag while I'm cycling in Morocco. Good hotel to use if you just flew in; couple of restaurants across the street for basic eats. I will stay again on way out. Very good value for money.
