When we checked in the key programmers were not working so we had to have the desk staff take us to our room. Keys were delivered some time later. We were given 2 seemingly complimentary waters but after we consumed them, I went to the desk asking if we could have another 2 for our next day. We were told they weren’t complimentary and were going to be charged $7 each. Also, I wasn’t told the pool was undergoing maintenance until after I reserved but could go to some other hotel to use their pool. Not good.

The property was very nice. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and accommodating. The only thing that I did not like about the room was that we faced the courtyard and had to leave the curtains closed as everyone could see inside of our room

While a comfortable room & well appointed (fridge, coffee, easy chair & table), the beds are VERY high but very comfortable. Also, if you plan on taking the airport shuttle, DO NOT follow the airport signs for hotel shuttle pick up. The Westshore shuttle picks up from the PUBLIC BUS STOP. And, as of September 2024, the pool is CLOSED for renovations and it's very inconvenient to get the shuttle back & forth to The Alba for some pool time.

The property was updated and very clean. The staff were excellent. Angel and Janina in the hotel restaurant were excellent in customer service and making us feel at home. I would highly recommend this property for additional stays.

The property itself is unique & fun with the interior facing windows. We only stayed one night but had no big problems. Plumbing/toilet in our room could use some maintenance & parking deck elevator was hot/humid/shaky & kinda worrisome but overall the kindness of the staff, cleanliness & great bed made up for those issues. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
