we tried to take a shower on Sunday 11/24 and the hot water wasn't working. I called the front desk and they said they would let the engineers know. we waited nothing happened. as we where checking out they asked how our stay was I said "We never got hot water and we couldn't take a shower. " The lady at the front desk just said Im sorry that's unfortunate. Why even ask

The shuttle service is great.
The shuttle taking guests to places in downtown within 2 miles was a great service! The fitness centre is basic, but sufficient for a few days.

The experience was nice, parking was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise, the doors are not noise cancellation you can hear all the doors slamming all over the floor all night long and it was very loud and annoying. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
