Average hotel and a little outdated. On the plus side, we were able to check in a little early and the hotel is on the Riverwalk (a little walk to any activity) and close to downtown. Mostly clean. Also, parking is very reasonably priced at $10/ day. However, we had no hot water the morning of our last day. Mentioned it as we were checking out and staff seemed dismissive. Also, used the very small fitness center. Treadmill not working and while they did have free weights, many missing.

Our bathroom smelled like sewer. Had to keep the door closed all the time. They have a free shuttle. We were told by the staff that they run back to the hotel about every 15 mins. Thats not true! We waited almost an hour to get a ride to Amalie Arena, and no shuttle showed up. We ended up taking a Uber ride. We ended up spending $45.00 in rides because the hotel lied to us. We won't recommend or stay here ever again.

Great spot. We unfortunately only got to stay one night but would absolutely return. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Good value. Parking was also cheap, which was appreciated.

Perfect location to walk to tons of hot spots. The shuttle was very convenient for dinner at Ulele . Food was great at the hotel and pool area was clean and peaceful. We had a wonderful weekend

The Barrymore is in a great location. Steps from the Riverwalk and several nearby restaurants. They also offer a shuttle service although we did not take advantage of this perk.
