This place should be condemned. Radisson should be ashamed to put their name on this location. Mold, mildew, leaks in ceiling and from all ACs we encountered. This was our observation before the hurricane hit! Uggh

Worst Hotel stay ever in my life, not kidding
Horrible. Do not recommend it to anyone. Smelled, old furniture, cracks and leaks in the ceiling. Water leak falling on the AC unit making it a fire hazard. No one seemed to be able to do anything. This was before, during and after the storm.

The staff was very friendly but the rooms were not up to par. The refrigerator didn't work in the first room we had, so they moved us to another room with a working refrigerator, but the air conditioner was leaking and made the floor/carpet wet. We were evacuating due to hurricane Helene so we were to exhausted to change rooms again so we just dealt with it.

Very bad service. You asked for them to take the garbage out politely and a need for another sleeping pillow they never did what we asked for. Spoke to the manager about it upon checkout. I don’t think they care about foreigners. Don’t stay here. At night it’s full of locals that are hanging out at the lobby. From what I heard the area is surrounded by low level strip joints.

I am a stickler for reading the reviews. But I always take those reviews with a grain of salt. I should have listened more to all of the very negative reviews about the air conditioners leaking onto the carpet. Sounds like it’s a problem throughout the hotel. I am not one to complain about hotels. I’m only there to sleep. The hotel itself was great! Clean, comfortable beds, enough pillows, and warm duvets. We had several issues during our stay. We booked at primarily because of the proximity to the stadium. In that regard, it was awesome only being .8 miles away! We had a late checkin and did not receive our king room we booked. Upon entering room 420, it smelled extremely wet and mildewy. The air conditioner condenser is leaking water onto the carpet. Completely soaked within a 4 foot radius. The refrigerator is completely hot and made a very loud rattling noise. After an hour it was still not cooling at all so unplugged it to sleep. Tub has a constant stream (not drip!) of water, didn’t bother me but i’m sure their water bill is astronomical. Expressed the concern of the ac unit and fridge to management several times during our 3 day stay. All of our clothes stunk like mildew, even the stuff that remained packed in compression cubes. It was actually embarrassing on the flight home when i pulled my hoodie out on the plane and I could smell it! I’m sure the guy next to me could as well. Gross. Not to mention, it is a potential health hazard. Nothing was fixed.

This place is old and very dumpy. The doors don’t shut properly and the AC leaked water making the carpet near it soaked. The room smelled musty and probably had mold. WAY overpriced, and unfortunately it was our only option at the time. Would NEVER go there ever again.
