I have always travel to Tampa Florida and this was the third time I have stayed here at this location. Normally my brother who lives in Tampa normally books the stay. As this would be the last time I stay at this location. Dont stay here

Breakfast is nearly as simple as possible. Quantity very poor. Constant empty containers. Also no toilet paper. Not even the remnants of prior role. Breakfast area being cross utilized as check in due to construction. I WILL NEVER stay here again. For the cost, it should have been nicer. Apparently owner needs a new car. I should, and will have stay at Holiday Inn Express from now on. Heed my post and avoid this hotel.

remodel disappointments

I was a little disappointed that at the time of my stay there was a remodel happening. I was told by the clerk that I did not have direct access to my room. The keys were not working. She had to escort me to the room to let me in, which made it difficult to leave the room after she left. If leaving I would have to constantly stop at the desk for access.

The property is undergoing a much needed renovation. The room we stayed in was old/dingy. There were stains on the carpet. They have massive dumpsters that are taking up multiple parking spaces. We arrived late at night and had a very difficult time trying to find a parking space. We had to park all the way in the back and entered through a side entrance where the hallway was gutted from the renovations and created an unsafe condition. The property should have closed until the renovations were completed.

Property under construction. Everything was horrible, parking, lobby, room, bathroom, breakfast and on top of that too expensive. They should reimburse at least part of the money I paid. I feel like I was robbed.

Disgusting

The hotel was going through construction, no front door, drywall and dust through the lobby, tiny room for breakfast , dirty through the halls , no hot water no heat absolutely horrible. It would have been nice to know that before we checked in.

This place is a dumpster fire. Lobby is completely under construction- work dust everywhere- no rugs. The poor check was getting beat up verbally bc management/website never mentioned the construction. The cushions on the couch are ripped and the windows/walls are paper thin. Never staying in this chain again

Needs a full cleaning throughout!

This place is filthy. My comforter was stained, there is mold in the shower, the curtains were torn and shredded and you can't even see out the windows because they are completely green with mildew. They've simply given up on this property. Other than that...the folks at the front desk were nice & polite.
