The property charged a resort fee for a small pool and tiki bar, not a “resort” by any means. The room was run down, in need of serious renovations. Sketchy location.

Unit could use a slight update. Carpets were definitely old, towels were worn out/stained. The phone in the unit to call front desk was terrible, static or disconnect. The book in the room for stay details was outdated. The balcony railing wasn’t stable, so no leaning. Also wasn’t pleasant seeing the pool food/cooking staff smoking cigarettes during set up.

The condition of the room and property was terrible. I was shocked at how damaged/dirty everything was. We enjoyed the view, pool and restaurant on site. We would never stay again.

Great Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I needed a long weekend getaway and were thrilled with this trip. Was 10 out of 10. Just what we needed. Had the best view and room was perfect for our weekend getaway! Only a few minutes from the airport and they pay for a Lift driver to and from the airport. Did not rent a car and were able to walk to dinner both nights (about 15-20 min) and there was a little market near one of the restaurants we picked up a few things to make breakfast. However they have a great little eatery on site. I was just having a hard time being dairy and gluten free. Next time we go we plan to get there earlier in day and will get a Lift to the grocery store. Definitely recommend this place if looking for a getaway.

Great location, love the tiki area and bar by the pool, but this is not a hotel. It was a condo and very poor condition., carpet was ripped showers, moldy, and paint chipping off of it , the tub was in major repair. If you’re expecting a hotel, this is not the one staff was really nice but it was not even close to being worth it

This property is pretty old with no upgrades. The views look like there is a beach with water entry, however there are large rocks and just a small beach area to sit. The beds were hard. The shower head was 5’ in height. So be prepared to struggle if you’re over 5’ tall and want to wash your hair. The shower tub was peeling as well.

Good stay

Spontaneous trip to see Rays play at Steinbrenner Field, close to Tampa airport. Decided to stay here due to proximity to airport and ballpark — and view of bay. Wonderful enjoying sunshine in sandy area and at pool. Took walks on causeway that passed beach. Saw beautiful sunsets. Cooked own meals in suite, which had nice kitchen. One area of improvement-only had a kids’ pole and one jig for fishing, when they advertise loan of fishing gear. I actually caught a fish, which snapped the line. Appreciated friendly staff and shuttle to airport.

Great time had by all

We had a one bedroom suite. It was homey with amazing views. When we ran out of tp or anything, the front desk was quick to get those replaced. We were at the amazing heated pool and all enjoyed including the kids. The poolside restuarant was pricey, but with the in room kitchen, we were able to keep food price down. I have stayed here before alone, with family it was awesome!

DO NOT RECOMMEND

I don't recommend this hotel. It's not a family-friendly hotel, they don't have housekeeping (that's what I was told) the rooms weren't clean and smelled like mildew. The tub was peeling, the bathroom door had water damage the ironing board was filthy. The restaurant/bar onsite has the most passive aggressive bartender (Shelley or Michelle) she wasn't friendly or welcoming to me and my family, but got along wonderfully with everyone else. The pool is small, it is nice and warm and rarely had people in it. The beach on the property doesn't have water access so you have to go to the beach about 5 minutes away if you want to access the water. Overall the experience was extremely overwhelming, I don't recommend for families at all.

Our check-in was quick and easy. Very nice location. I don’t like the color of the exterior building when you first pull in. That was my first impression and I thought I was in for a disappointment.
