The reviews and ratings were totally misleading! This place is a disaster! I initially chose this place because it was very close to the airport and I was on a quick stay due to a family emergency. Upon arriving entering the lobby, I thought hmmm this doesn’t look like the picture. I proceeded to stand in line to wait and check in with three hotel clerks there and only one customer and I had to wait about 10 minutes. After I was called up, I gave the lady my ID and checked in she was semi nice. I made it to the room and immediately looking I thought wow this looks a mess, but I tried to give it a chance so I walked in the restroom and the toilet had stained on it and the tub was leaking water. There were two twin size beds And the mattresses were extremely hard and cheap! The sheets had marks on them, so I immediately called the front desk and told them about the condition of the room. The lady Clark, who checked me in said I’m sorry would you like a different room? I stated no I would like to know what the refund policy is saying that I’ve only been here Five minutes. She said that I would have to speak with the manager about a refund so I asked to speak to him. I was them told he was gone for the day. I would have to wait until Monday to speak with him. I decided I was going to leave. I was still charged for one night And I contacted hotels.com and they try to get the hotel to give me a refund and it was denied! Do not stay here! It is gross, even for the price!

Seevice hotel so badly ,out of shampoos in the first day and asking for replace we have to go to get it from front desk ! The bed is dirty ,itching ,flooring is sticky ,moisture couldn't walk around with bare foot !....it is terrible we never book Ramada again in future .

We had a reservaion but when we arrived at Ramada they did not have the reservation in their system and were booked up...no rooms left. After several hours of waiting in the lobby, one of the clerks found us a room at Extended Stays at $60 more than our reservation with Ramada. The clerks blamed the situation on their computer system being updated the day before. We're in our 80s, disabled, and don't need experiences like this.
