When making reservation we were looking for a place convenient to the airport and cruise port with transportation and free breakfast. Overall the experience was neither horrible or excellent, but probably would never book there again or recommend to anyone to stay there either without major changes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. If you book this room know that some rooms in the back have no elevator access to the 2nd floor but the staff helped us with our luggage.

Be careful when you go there. The young white male in the back of the counter told me that the system was down in a form and to write down my card information in order to charge for the room. Once I returned to Texas, there were multiple attempts to charge my account using Apple Pay. Luckily I provided my virtual card, which declined them all.

I am NOT picky about hotels, but I do want them to be as advertised, safe and clean. Im not sure if its the guests that live on site doing the reviews to make it look better than it is or what but it was NOT as expected!!! The front entrance is very appealing.....but it goes down from there. Customer service wasnt friendly, our main outside door was made out of PLYWOOD as well as the frame, and had a hole to the outside at the bottom of the door as well as splintering pieces. The room smell was horrible coming from the old school AC wall unit. The floors were so dirty, the bathroom had a really odd window to outside, the toilet was gurgling at night and the shower was plugged. We only stayed because we sould have lost our money for the night. We had another nighr booked for when we got off the Cruise, but we immediately canceled it.....and lost our money for that night. Would NoT recommend for sure!!!! The best part....our Shuttle Driver to the Cruise Port was AWESOME!!!!

Property was very clean and seemed well kept. Room was a good size. Everything was working. Breakfast selection was good bit breakfast attendant was loud and a tad bit rude. Not a good way to start the day.

Mrs. Linda the lady who runs the continental breakfast was very welcoming.. She greeted everyone coming in as well as introduce herself to let us know who she is an also offer suggestions on what places are nice to visit while on vacation. I give Mrs. Linda 5 Stars and it's because of her customer service i will be back to stay at your hotel.

All of the front desk agents were very helpful and wonderful. Carlos our driver from the airport was awesome! Linda at breakfast was also very sweet. We had a great stay. We would definitely stay again.
