The stay was fine, as was the room. Except that at night some guests go outside to talk and you can hear their voices. Still, I recommend it. I used it because it is very close to the cruise port.

When we arrived at the Quality Inn Airport - Cruise Port Tampa it looked like any old school motel, not very impressive. However, it was great! My wife and I enjoyed the six days we spent there. The staff were welcoming and super friendly. Shout outs to Linda in the breakfast room who looked out for the guests like we were family; Alicia on the reception desk who was more than willing to joke with us and jack-of-all trades Luis who let me practice my poor Spanish with him. The basic included breakfast was everything you need to start the day. There was shuttle service to the cruise port for only $10 per person. Supermarket and TJMaxx next door. Definitely would stay there again.

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel/motel stay I’ve probably ever had. First of all, this is a completely no. Smoking property yet I saw a staff member smoking right outside the entrance to the main lobby. Secondly, I had an issue with the light in the bathroom the first night and was told there was nothing that could be done, I’d have to wait until the maintenance man came around 7am the next morning, he got to my room around 8:45am. Thirdly, the water didn’t work the morning we checked out of the room. I called at 6:15 and was told the plumber was going to show up in about 30 minutes. I called back at 7:45 & was told again the plumber was showing up in about 30 minutes. I called the last time around 8:45 and informed the person answering the phone that my son and I had about a 6.5 hour drive ahead of us and we haven’t been able to shower, brush our teeth, wash our face, etc. I was told again that the plumber was about 30 minutes from showing up. The staff was completely useless and no help whatsoever. The manager, Ms. Gaines, needs to be embarrtfor calling herself a manager. She bumped me (before I knew who she was) as I was entering the lobby for breakfast and didn’t have the decency to apologize. This was a horrible experience and I FO NOT recommend this motel to anyone.

Brenda from the front desk was super attentive & accommodating to our needs. We had an 8 hour layover in Tampa & decided to stay here due to the convenience of their location & the free airport shuttle they provided! The bed was comfortable, w/ microwave, fridge, & the cleanliness was lovely! Great stay, highly recommended!

Quality Inn? The bed was comfortable, but the place was a shitbox. This is a very old and tired motel that shows signs of abuse and neglect. Our room had a cracked window near the door, screws pulled out of the walls, and mold/mildew in the shower. The "breakfast" included scrambled eggs that came from a plastic bag and were reheated - inedible! The waffles and coffee were ok. I cannot recommend this motel to anyone!

I arrived but there was a mistake it had my stay date as the 9th through the 13th but they had Dec 13th to the 19th. I said that is fine can we just change this. They said only Expedia could change it. I was scammed by a company posing as Expedia on the Internet. They cancelled my room got me another hotel for a lot more money. Then Expedia and this hotel wouldn’t refund my money
