Love everything about this property. Rooms are big with separate sitting area. Everything was clean. Check in was quick. Breakfast is your average hotel Breakfast. The pool area has the cutest sitting area with giant chess and swinging chairs! Definitely worth the price, will highly recommend

It’s an old hotel but recently renovated. The room has new furniture, a remodeled and clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Great value for the price. I would stay here again!

Nice, decent, revamping

Front desk ladies where amazing, the pool was cool and inviting; loved the waterfall feature as well as the garden area where a life size chessboard was avaialable as well as comfortable sesting, firepits, and swinging chairs. Only downsides were, the thermostat in our room was not working -Fransisco from maintenance even stopped by with a new one in hand but, rather than knock on the door when je looked through the window and saw me, he walked away calling someone. An 80 degree room in 81 degree temps in Tampa was.disappointing, thank goodness for the balcony, as we slept with the door open allowing night cooled air into the room. The restuarant and bar were not open and operational as promised in the properry's listing. It looks as if this motel is under new ownership and after years of neglect are having to replace, repair, and rebuild a lot of things.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was acceptable just not a lot of choices. Very very convenient to Busch Gardens and a short drive to cruise terminals. Main reason for lower rating was elevators did not work and according to other guests have not worked in a while. Carrying luggage up lots of steps is not ok at my age but probably wouldn't bother younger folks at all. Overall good place to stay

Property was good and enjoying. Room was beyond my expectations. The only I would suggest is to have a better parking space for guests. I was staying in Tampa to celebrate my wedding anniversary and when arrived to park I have to park behind the hotel in the dark as there’s no lights. All side entrance were lock so everyone have to enter using main lobby. When check in I ask Front desk if anything special can be done for us but they do not. In overall property is good; I would consider to comeback.

We loved this hotel. Excellent price, very clean spacious rooms, close to USF, comfortable bed, and good free breakfast. The grounds and pool area were pretty. There were a lot of dressers and drawers in the rooms, two giant tv’s, and the staff was helpful. The carpet in the room and floor could have been cleaner however. This hotel is a great value and very relaxing to stay in. We will definitely be back.

We went to check-in and there were no available rooms. The front desk took us to two rooms that were occupied. this was 11pm at night, end result we had no room and the experience was terrible!

Check in was okay, did not explain times of closing or opening of the pool or breakfast times. Was told laundry needed quarters, which I was okay with. Unfortunately we had to provide our own quarters, they wouldn't trade our bills for coins and there was no coin machine provided. The hot water from the room sinks took a while to get hot and didn't stay hot for long. Positive note, it is walking distance to a Dollar General and to the theme park. The pool and surrounding "hang out" area was very relaxing with the rocking chairs, hanging swing chairs and corn hole station.

We loved our stay at Oasis. The property was updated, clean and tidy. Room was comfy and cool. The property was safe and well maintained. We had one issue with noise that the management swifty remedied. Management was very helpful and kind. Will absolutely be staying here each time we visit our college student in Tampa. Only took about 7 minutes to get to USF and the Chillis around the corner was fantastic. :)
