The hotel was clean, the price was inexpensive, the front desk staff was cordial and the location was a 5 minute drive from Busch Gardens where we spent the day

I stayed here back in the day's abd it was nice now i know they trying to fix its up but tge rooms are still old but its convenient i differently seen worst these rooms far from worst elevator don't work and once the gate closed you have to walk all ways around and you cannot screen from the t.v

Absolutely loved our stay. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Breakfast could’ve been better. We woke up early to get breakfast but was disappointed with the options. The food was either cold, lacked flavor or was simply microwaved food.

Family Overnight Getaway
We checked in late after spending the day at Busch Gardens for NYE. The attendant was friendly late at night. We did inquire on military discount but they could not do it as it was booked third party. The property was well maintained and clean. Room was updated clean and spacious for our family of 5. We had two double beds and double pullout. Well worth the cost. Continental breakfast was not very good...powered eggs slightly warm sausage and bacon. They had fruit and toast. Coffee and decaf available. Food area was clean and well maintained with outdoor seating outside of pool area.

This property was recently updated, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! Everything was spotless, and the hotel felt completely safe. There were cameras everywhere, and the place was well-lit, almost like Fort Knox. However, when we arrived, our room was uncomfortably hot at 81 degrees—which is unbearable for Florida! I called the front desk, and they were helpful, promptly sending two people to address the issue. Unfortunately, the problem wasn’t resolved; the AC was extremely loud because only the fan blower was running, not the cooling system. When I asked to change rooms, I was told to give it time to cool down. We stayed the night in the same room, only to wake up sweating! The next morning, I called the front desk again, insisting on a room change, as I couldn’t spend another night in those conditions. Another technician was sent, but I declined their help this time and demanded a new room. After waiting a while, I went to the front desk, where a young lady listened to my concerns and immediately switched my room. I only wish the staff member I spoke to the previous day had done the same. Aside from this hiccup, the stay was wonderful! The rooms, including the sofa bed, were very nice and impeccably clean. Despite the initial issue, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice property could improve food service
Nice property. Newly renovated spacious rooms. pool and lounge area was very nice and relaxing. No restaurant/bar as advertised but still a nice stay. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was weak and some key condiments missing from the spread. No cream cheese or peanut butter for bagels, no yogurt and oatmeal was watery.

Great location, breky and terrace.
Beautiful layout and pool/lounge area. Kids loved the corn hole and chess games. The terrace with hanging chairs was a nice touch. Room was also a nice layout. Did the king with pullout. The sofa bed had the wrap still on it so loud crinkly noise as you toss and turn, not the comfiest. The light from the balcony in the main bedroom is super bright when trying to sleep and the curtains are 4 inches from the wall so it really shines in: we had to use all the towels to fix this issue. Breakfast was quick and easy but can get congested in the tiny lobby area. All in all, a nice spot and great location. Busch gardens was right outside the door. 2blocks maybe!:)

The only thing I have to said is the smell in the Lobby, they have to put some time of aromas because don't smell good, the hotel is excellent and the room is clean, including the sheets and towels, the bed and pillows are goog.

Upon arrival the main elevator was down. The only accessible elevator was in the back of the property. The second day, both elevators were down. We requested clean towels twice and were told each time none were available (due to not being clean). The first time we asked for towels was day 2 upon our return from Busch Gardens at night. After a long day at the theme park, everyone wanted a fresh shower before bed. We requested towels the following morning and were again told none were available. The hot water runs out quickly. We had 3 people in our family. There wasn't enough hot water for everyone to shower. Also, the walls are so thin. You can hear everything going on in the next room.

The hotel was nice. However, my family and I had to abruptly and unexpectedly had to end our trip and leave one night early. When I went to checkout at the front desk the woman assisting came off quite cold and simply said “you are checked out.” There was no question as to how our stay was, nor was there any sort of offer for credit or reimbursement of the night we paid for but could not use.
