Excellent place to stay! We evacuated to here during hurricane Milton and the staff/owners were extremely accommodating and understanding of everyone’s life or death situations when we showed up with “undocumented” pets. No questions were asked and they opened their doors wide open for everyone. Rooms were clean, property was very well maintained, and there was even still breakfast the morning after the hurricane which we were NOT expecting in the slightest. You will no be disappointed if you stay here, and they will forever have my business if I ever need a room in Tampa again!

I want to start by stating the only reason for my stay was I am a survivor of National Disaster Hurricane Milton and my power has been off since 10/9 so six days now. I just wanted a nice relaxing hot shower. So upon checking in after the allotted check in time I still had to wait an hour for them to clean the room I needed. No big deal I'm disabled so I need the first floor handicap room. After waiting I entered my room to an undesirable ammonia smell. Ok, nothing a little febreeze can't help right? They probably use a cleaning product my nose doesn't agree with but not the end of the world so I digress. The balcony door is janky and off track but I get it to open. Again no big deal I'm just looking forward to this hot shower awaiting me. So I get my stuff all set down and decide before I get comfortable let me run to the store for some essentials that I'll need so I don't have to go back out. Ok done. I get back to the room and there again put my stuff down go to wash my hands and the sink doesn't drain. Ok I'm not going to say anything because I have the only handicap room available left. Moving on. I go to get in the shower and see it has a built in seat and the double shower heads so you can still bathe while sitting. Ahhh just what I need, so I'm excited! Only to be disappointed that there is no hot water. Front desk says they're working on it, give them some time because the whole hotel is out. Hours later still nothing. Now it's the next morning still no hot water!!!

Post hurricane stay
Went after hurricane to get away from our house with no water or power. Staff and breakfast were good but should not been open until they had better control of the property. Hot water and AC not working; only one elevator working; pool full of tree debris etc.

I had emailed my eta, on arrival, told 4 rooms left all with "issues". Getting into the room, the kitchen/sitting room had no lights. Bed poorly made, no toiletries. Used towel on back of bathroom door. No Hot water in the morning.No tv signal, this was due to Hurrican Milton, Two days earlier, which I accept. I asked for a partial refund, as the Hotel was not worth what I had paid,no sign yet and i hold out little hope. I get no pleasure from leaving a poor review

Bad Customer Service for People in Need
The rooms are beautiful and the cleaning crew is excellent. The only reason we had to book this hotel is because our home was ruined from the hurricane. We didn't have electricity, hot water, AC, or any of the basic needs we needed for us in our special needs son. We came here after being told that they had power and was fully running. Two nights in a row we have taken cold showers and had no AC because they have had problems with it. Plus we are on the third floor and both elevators have broke everyday. We have called to get an update on the issues and always told it'll be 2 hours. We have requested to speak to managers because they said there is no refunds, and no managers have been available and we have been told each day to call the next morning that they're there at 11:00. Every time we call or go downstairs they're never there. Today is Sunday and we spoke to Kumar at the desk who said there was no manager but said we could check out tomorrow and cancel our last night and get a refund. I am hoping this happens because we have spent a premium price for this hotel but yet haven't had the items we have paid for. This is the first night AC and hot water and Wi-Fi has worked. I understand they went through a hurricane but I don't believe it's fair to charge such high rates and not inform people when there are things broken, when this is the reason we booked it in the first place. Again the cleaning crew has been absolutely wonderful and so helpful with anything we could need

I reserved a room 48 hours in advance and when i arrived at the hotel, they told me they booked their room with someone else. . Then i had to book another hotel room that cost me more and Expedia refused to pay the difference. Wont be using the service for booking hotels in the future

Nice but....
We made reservations during hurricane milton. I do want to say that the hotel os clean and comfortable. What i didn't like was that the Indian lady up front tried to overcharge me even tho i made my reservations through hotels.com. needless to say that a refund had to be provided. During the storm the AC broke down to the entire hotel and refunds are not given. I understand an ac breaking down is out of their control. The staff are nice as well.

We evacuated there during Milton and given the circumstances, the staff were great as well as the cleaning crew. Hotel was very full during the storm, yet they were able to provide breakfast service and hot coffee! Thank you so much for being there for your guests. Hope your efforts are recognized by the management.
