Hotel over charged us and refused to fix the issue. We paid a $50 deposit when we booked the room with Expedia and was supposed to pay the remaining balance at check in. Hotel required us to pay full amount at check in and refused to work with Expedia to refund the $50 we already paid. Staff was very rude about the situation.

The prior reviews do not accurately describe this property. It’s rundown and dirty. My room was more than outdated. The carpet was ripped. The bathtub was gross. Everything in the hotel just barely works, the fridge in my room, the back door off the parking lot, only one elevator, This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I am surprised that this is part of a franchise Do not stay.

Hotel needs serious renovation/update. Carpets are old, worn, and filthy, especially on the 1st floor near the rear elevator. Bathroom in my room was not cleaned properly, with hair and fecal matter still on the toilet seat and the sink was clogged. Never felt that uncomfortable in a hotel before. Stayed at this location 2 yrs ago and it was fine. I guess it went downhill since.

The hotel was very dirty. The carpets in all areas were filthy. The room was not cleaned well, very dated and was used & abused. The shower only had very hot water—too hot to take a shower. One of the 2 elevators was out of service and looked like it had been for a long time. They ran out of coffee at 8am. Do not stay here!

The hotel is high trafficked and you can tell. The carpets in the hallway was delapetated and stained. There was a roach behind the sign at the front desk. My bathroom bath faucet ran non-stop.

The carpets were dirts in the lobby and in our room. We reserved a suite and when we walked in the room, the sofa sleeper was dirty, worn out and extremely uncomfortable. We left 5 minutes after entering our room. I would stay away from this hotel. Disgusting, dirty and a shady crown roaming about. There was even trash bags from guests in the hallways. Clean up your act! Get rid of the filthy carpet everywhere and buy some new furniture. Gross gross gross.

Roaches in the room! Dirty bathroom and rugs in room are very dirty. Housekeeping never emptied the trash or exchanged towels even though I was asked on the first day if I would like daily room service. The rooms are very outdated.

Hotel decor is dated and could use an update, but the hotel is clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was limited (waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, yogurt, and juice) but it was good. Room was clean and nicely sized. It comes with a mini-fridge and microwave. TV has a lot of channels to watch. They give you mini Dove bar soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

The property is old and not kept up well. Our shower didn’t work and though they came and fixed it, those things should be maintained and fixed prior to guests using the space. The room has a strong cleaning product smell when we walked in and had to be aired out. The bed cover had stains and overall was cleaned just ok. On a positive note, the staff were nice and the breakfast was decent.
