It was fairly easy to get to from the Tampa airport, but the neighborhood it is in was a little sketchy. The bedding and towels were clean and updated, but the carpet was dingy and old, and the elevator had peeling walls and felt ancient.

The room is spacious and clean enough. Needs a lot of updating. The elevator and walls need painting or cleaning. The elevator seem to smell like weed every time we use it. Our bathroom sink has a smell that gets worst when water is running through the sink hole. We tried to address the issue and we returned to the room at the end of the day and there was a leak and puddle in our bathroom. It was immediately fixed by the staff and we appreciate that a lot. The bathroom tub has permanent or difficult to remove stains. The refrigerator is old and rusty inside. We had four room keys and none of them work consistently. We had to go to the front desk to get it fixed and it doesn't get fixed. There was also a cockroach in our room! Breakfast could also be better with more fresh food and variety. I'm sorry, but I don't think we will be back again.

The elevator tooooo forever and was in poor condition, the ac and bathroom vent was covered in thick dust, the beds were smaller and uncomfortable...most of the staff was very nice and helpful...except the woman working breakfast... She clearly didn't want to be there and wasn't kind . A a family of 4 was getting their breakfast ...the line was pretty long and by the time they got up to get cereal it was almost 9 and tim for breakfast to end ....she saw them getting cereal but still pulled the milk to put it away ..when the father kindly asked for a cup of milk...she rolled her eyes , annoyingly huffed and stormed over to get it . The housekeepers and front desk employees however were very kind and helpful.
