There was a roach in my room. I knew it would be bad when another guest was requesting a refund for cleanliness and bugs while I was checking in. But we had just got off the road and needed sleep we had competition the next morning and it was already midnight. Will never book again.

Staff was very nice. The property however was awful. They say they’re renovating, but it’s very poorly executed. Poorly patched holes in walls, sensors on ceiling painted over, ceilings had water stains on them and the popcorn was peeling. New cover plate on a several decade old dirty outlet. They moved us to another room, but shortly afterward the smell of weed was overpowering and frequent, so we got a towel to put across the bottom of the adjoining room door. The occupants of said room were up around 4:45 am and were laughing and carrying on waking me. My family was sleeping through it, so I didn’t call down for fear of waking them.

Bad experience

Was a stay with my daughter. Didn’t feel safe. When we first checked in, 2 men were smoking and being very loud outside our door and filling our room with smell of cigarettes. Requested to be moved to a different room and had a very hard time finding room…..no instructions for the odd layout. Would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly, the 2 rooms we had, one was alright and the other one smelt horrible it looked like the door had been kicked in at one point, so the bottom of the door did not close. The beds were small. I have stayed at many Laquinta inns and this one was the least favorite.

Hotel was decent, is near a fire station so sirens were a constant. Sometimes the activity at night was loud outside the hotel room. The room was clean, and met all of our needs for our stay and the staff was accommodating when needed.
