First weekend room was next to the icemachine. We requested a room for the following weekend ground floor. Didn't happen, shower dripped all night.

Room was cramped, poor lighting throughout, limited area within room, bathroom too small and showerhead slow water flow.........exterior grounds poorly maintained, trash throughout parking areas.......would not recommend this place at all
Bed bugs in our 1st room with blood stains on the edge of the bed. Went to the 2nd room found a dirty sock under the bed sheet with large dirty spot. Went to the 3rd room and found another bed bug. Disgusting. Got a refund and had to find another hotel.
The Wifi was very fast… But a Spainish specking lady on the reception deck was rude and poor English when we doing the check in… The breakfast was good.

The bathrooms were very unsanitary , hair all over the walls and bottom of the tub when it was supposed to be a newly cleaned checked in room for me. Bathroom was 1/10 , bathroom tiles look like they haven’t been cleaned/scrubbed in months. Floors were dusty, the door to come in/out of the room was very flimsy , did have a latch lock but still very felt like it didn’t shut properly. Only 2 small lamps in the room so very dim lit. The TV is very old and small. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, sanitary place to stay.

The walls of the rooms are very thin and many of the guest are smokers
Nice and clean. There was no iron or a phone in the room. We literally had to walk to the desk for any requests. We had the lady at the front desk tell us. This is a motel, not a hotel, uh, which I didn't think was very nice.
We arrived before 3pm and there was about 30 ppl in the waiting area. They would not check in anyone prior. There is no elevator in this hotel. Rooms are clean except shower. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast has options but all prepared foods. Many restaurants within walking distance.
Our first experience was with the hotel shuttle that never showed up at the airport and we had to call repeatedly for one. At check-in, the staff was rude. We were placed on the second floor with no elevator nor option for help with luggage for those with disabilities. The room was dirty, sparse, looks as if it has not been updated since it was built sometime around 1902. Furniture was broken, beds were very uncomfortable, floor was sticky... I literally have nothing good to say about this place. You could see light around the entire door, making me feel even less safe than I felt near the homeless encampment we had to walk by to get in the front door. Having breakfast at the restaurant next-door because there is no way we would think about eating anything in that lobby. Had the nerve to charge us $100 for incidentals, even though there are no incidentals to be had… Even the drink machines took your money and provided no drink. They did not care. For over $200 a night, I expected the hotel that was advertised when I booked… If Expedia considers this something to be placed in their top 10 list, I will not be using Expedia again.

Location was good for us, next to the mall. Good restaurants near by. Our room was next to the ice machine, not quiet. Overall we were happy.
The hotel was under renovation so our room was missing any rails or area to hang clothes. We had to drape clothes over the bag of the chair. There was no ironing board either. The paint on the walls was chipped. The shower curtain had black mold on the bottom. It was disgusting.
In my experience La Quinta's have been hit or miss. This was a miss. Staff was OK. Property was lacking in every category related to even the basic level in the hospitality industry.
