Lock on door doesn’t work, Mold on bathroom ceiling, No phone in room, rust on tub tiles, nothing to hang clothes on, under renovations and not listed on hotels.com, room behind I-hop with open filled trash bins unable to close, litter all along chain linked fence with dead trees…awful, unprofessional day and evening front desk staff (rude), tub faucet won’t stop loudly dripping all night, front lobby entrance taped off with yellow tape, dingy…won’t go to La Quinta aging! Very disappointed and unhappy

Motel style rooms and dog friendly

We stayed here for a business meeting and was surprised it was SO close to the airport. Would consider it again if flying. Needed a dog friendly room. Hotel is more a MOTEL style so parking areas and surrounding area is alittle sketchy. Room didn't have a closet so no hangers and no hooks. Was hard to get towels to dry, hang work clothes etc. Besides that room was big and staff was nice. Did use pool for a little while. Mall was almost walking distance.

Although listed as La Quinta “Westshore” it’s NOT on Westshore, it’s actually across the street from Tampa airport. Fortunately the fridge was loud enough to drown out the plans landing and taking off.

Hotel Horrible and nobody seemed to care!

The refrigerator did not work, lights with blown bulbs, soiled bedspread, loose shower handle that would self adjust to extreme hot water/potential high liability. Will not ever stay at this hotel again. Hotels.com this was very disappointing.

The deadbolt was completely torn off the door. The staff refused to check me out when i went to the lobby. She simply wrote my room nuber on a piece of paper and wouldnt give me a receipt. I get a text after checkout time that says i havent checked out yet?!? What kind of scam you running over there? Refund my stay. The hotel was dirty. Bags of trash everywhere, garbage cans filled and overflowing, and the walls so thin i had to hear my neighbors tv blaring all night.

Well, I called from the airport an hour ago. I was told a shuttle would pick me up. I even gave my phone number to the concierge and waited an hour for the shuttle service that never came. I took an Uber that took me two minutes to arrive and then was told that there's $100 deposit that was never explained when I booked the room.

This is a last port in a storm stay. Very run down. No closets you have to beg for a clothing rack. My advise is stay away.
