The only thing I noticed was that the carpet needed attention. The doorway to the bath was frayed and there were several obvious spots. Not a big deal but makes one think the carpet isn't clean. I'm sure it was. Otherwise terrific stay.

The staff was very nice. Very helpful. However, the property advertised is not the reality. The Market “grab & go” food option had a few bags of chips and candy, a handful of sodas, salad dressing packets but no salads. The first room we were in gad a broken AC. We left and toured the city. Several hours later we returned, and rather than getting an update from the front desk, we went to the room to find it was still broken with a giant fan plugged in and we had to go back down and request a different room. The parking lot in the back did not feel safe. Lots of trucks and people loitering at all hours. The only other lot was one small strip in the front. Overall, it was just OK.

It was the only hotel in the Tampa area after hurricane Helene that was under 200.00 a night. The air conditioner didn’t work in the room The ice maker in the hall in our floor was broken and flooded the area by the elevator and it was flooded the entire week. When I went to ask any employee a question the only answer I received was I don’t speak English. There was mold in the shower head the toilet bowl was not clean. The only redeeming quality was it was under 200.00 a night

Everything was great and everyone was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was a weird humming sound that sounded like it might have been coming from the AC upstairs. It was loud and pretty much nonstop. But other than that it was great.

We had to evacuate Anna Maria Island (AMI) due to Hurricane Helene. The staff here was AH-MAZING!!! We thankfully got a room and were able to stay an additional 3 nights since our flight was cancelled from the hurricane. The hotel is very near the airport with dining walkable. Lots of breakfast options and the bar was a Godsend! The staff was phenomenal the entire time through and after the hurricane. We never lost power or water. After the hurricane hit, they had the pool cleaned and we enjoyed spending the day in it. I highly recommend staying here! It’s so close to restaurants and the airport and they offer a free ride to the airport!
