Loved the property! Clean room, easy and fast check in/out, and nice spread of options for the breakfast! My only complaint is that you have to pay for parking on top of the price of your stay, I feel it should be included in your stay pricing.

Ok but not ok…..
The hotel was a typical one to two night stay hotel. The breakfast was great. The only two real complaints I had was 1. You had to pay to park. Which I was not aware of when I booked. For an average hotel charging $200 a night I had to pay $26 to park(2 nights). Seemed an overreach to me. Making the total price for the stay not really worth it. I could have stayed right down the road for the same price and not paid to park and got the same amenities. 2. They had a wonderful breakfast and they even had a little cafe you could order food through out the day. But they didn’t offer flavored creamer for the coffee. They just had little powdered cream packets. The excuse I got when asked about it was “people steal it so we stopped offering it”. To me that was lame for the price I was paying to stay there. I know that sounds petty but for me it’s important. And for those two reasons I won’t stay there again. The hotel itself was clean enough and the staff for the most part were friendly. The room we had had a strange layout. Again I think we will skip it next time.

I was surprised when i got to the hotel as the pictures advertised do not match the property at all. The rooms are very spacious albeit the bathroom was pretty cramped. For the size of the room, I would think that the bathroom door would not be almost on top of the toilet. The sink area is just outside of the bathroom in what would be the bedroom area. Everything else was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I have no complaints there. One thing that i was unaware of was the paid parking. I might have overlooked it in the description. Be prepared to pay and you have to use a phone or device that will allow you to make online transactions. I did appreciate the convenience of a shuttle to busch gardens and the discount you get on tickets as a guest. Over all, the stay was nice, and enjoyable.

Annoyed about the lack of pillows and the pressure of the water. Spoke to the night manager she didn't seem to care. However during checkout the manager on duty( u aware of name. His arm is currently in a sling) unable to correct the issue However was able to credit my account for the inconvenience.

We only stayed one night. The hotel is conveniently located across the highway from The University of Southern Florida. It is close to several restaurants and shops. They offer discount tickets and shuttle service to Bush Gardens. The rooms are clean, recent upgrades and plenty of space. The employees are friendly, kind and happy. The included breakfast was perfect!
