Very well-kept property like you would expect of a Holiday Inn Express. I was only there to sleep and get ready in the mornings, but the property and my room were in great condition, there were plenty of options on the tv, and the bed was pretty comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

I had to sleep at the Airport last month because a mistake was made when I booked . I wasn’t able to get a room for the night because I paid 200 and was told by the agent if I pay 57 more dollars I’ll get a room that night . I was hung up on and then got a message saying sorry I couldn’t be helped anymore . The hotel tried to charge me 400 for a film that night . Expedia also said the hotel denied me a refund so I slept at the airport and was out 200 . I’ll never use Expedia or Holiday inn again.

We loved the property. Fairly new. Very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is in close proximity to some shopping and popular food locations. The major downside were the homeless wandering around.

The bathroom door ( a barn-style door) didn’t stay closed. We had to improvise using the strings from the bag holding the hair dryer: One string around the faucet, one string around the inside handle on the door. Also, the bottles of hand soap were over by the toilet. On the other hand, the front desk person was terrific.
