Overall, it was a decent experience. The property itself was well-maintained and conveniently located very close to the airport, which was a huge plus for us. However, upon arrival, we found that one of the couch beds had not been cleaned at all. It seemed like it may have been an oversight from someone new on the cleaning staff. Fortunately, when we brought this to the hotel’s attention, the staff was very apologetic and promptly took care of the issue. Additionally, there may have been some dampness in the carpet, though it wasn’t a major problem for us. Despite the initial hiccup, the rest of our stay was comfortable, and the staff was courteous and responsive. If attention to detail in housekeeping improves, this would be an even better stay. Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3.5/5)

Was a great option in Tampa, ended up in town for just one night and this was a convenient and clean option. Solid breakfast, clean property with numerous staff, all which were quite pleasant and friendly.

Very nice stay!

I was supposed to stay at the same address over 10 years ago. I left immediately. This time I was pleasantly surprised to find it very clean, neat, and quiet. Raymond at the front desk was very helpful when I realized that I could not engage the deadbolt. It maybe helpful for the front area to have a list of restaurants who deliver to the hotel, since I overheard some guests who had bad past experiences with doordash and uber eats.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and well-maintained with an outdoor heated pool and lovely landscaping. Although the facility is excellent, the true stars are the personnel. Everyone is friendly, pleasant, helpful and eager to make sure you have a good experience. The included hot breakfast even has fresh made pancakes! Exceptional value and close to the cruise port.

The room smelled funny when entering. Shower door track was dirty. The people that worked there were not friendly. They ran out of food on Saturday and Sunday. Girl working at breakfast sat down on Sunday talked with some guy instead of doing what she was supposed to. She was not very friendly with the people staying there. Most likely will not use this place again.
