So happy
Such wonderful people work here. They stored our bags after we got off a cruise so we could enjoy Tampa. The hotel was easily walked to from the port- although they do offer a shuttle. The pool was fantastic, breakfast was abundant. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

The property was perfect for a brief stay prior to getting on a cruise. Everything you needed is right there from parking to restaurants, and nearby grocery needs.

Decent property, the employees, not so much
The facility itself was fine. Some of the employees, not so much. I to go downstairs to the front desk to get a new remote for the tv because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Also I had to ask 3 different front desk workers for a late checkout. They acted as if I was bothering them. I had a do not disturb sign on my door and a housekeeper still knocked on my door at 9:30am and woke me up.
