The room I was assigned was supposed to have AC just like the rest of the hotel but it didn’t work. I was told maintenance isn’t available to fix it until 8am. No one ever came to fix it. I was told someone was going to reach out to a manager and I never heard back. I’ve stayed at some budget places but this has by far been the worst ever. I don’t know why you’d want to be a jerk and not refund someone whose room was not as described. It’s not even the money it’s the principle that it was not acceptable for leave the AC unit down.

we had a terrible check-in. We had two rooms. One room had to be changed because the AC wasn't working. The coffee pot didn't work and said room and the TV didn't work. And the other room, the toilet was clogged most of the time and the AC also didn't work, but we needed our rooms close together so we just sucked it up. It was a terrible day and we would never stay here again. there were young kids having hotel parties and we had to call the front desk at 12:30 AM and again at 7 AM to get them to be quiet.

We believe when you book through a 3rd party you are treated differently then when you book through the hotel itself. We had book before with the hotel and the floor and room was redone with bright colors and nice room, when we booked with a 3rd party the floor was old and need of an upgrade room was nice but old. The staff was friendly and the overall hotel is kept clean. We had stayed at the Marriott across the street that we booked through a 3rd party and they treated the same as everyone else, acknowledge we were rewards members and we are with IGH loyalty members yet treated differently.

First of all, the staff 10/10. The rooms, CCCCCCCCLEAN. Refreshing. Smells fresh. The amenities were cute and just enough. I didn’t go to the restaurant but my brother did and he said it was incredible. So close to the airport as well! I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Tampa

Yuni went above and beyond to make our check in process smooth and fit our circumstances. Room is clean and updated. Free shuttle to the airport is a plus too. Hotel was perfect for our trip!
