Great Stay and Staff

This is a great location for people doing business in the Westshore area of Tampa. Very safe and clean. It is in view of the airport, and plenty of restaurants in the area. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Overall good - BUT...Arrived at 3 but room was not ready. Staff said they would call me when room is ready (estimated in 15 mins). After an hour woth no call, I went back to front desk to ask the status and magically the room was ready. In fairness, the check-in lines were crazy long and staff was working hard to get through the line

Great place to stay pre cruise

Nice location. We picked this hotel to stay pre cruise because they were the only place with a hot tub around the area that was not an exuberant price. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was that they advertise free airport transfers but the last shuttle is at 10pm

Overall good but pool/hot tub need work

Overall, it's a great hotel for the cost. The hot tub and pool need some major work. The hot tub is not hot, 85-90 degrees at best and has either eroding concrete in the bottom or someone has thrown small rocks in the bottom. The pool says heated but definitely isn’t.
