I always enjoy staying at Hilton properties. This particular property was undergoing some renovations which I completely understand. There was a lot of work being done so the hotel was not the usual clean and orderly property like they usually are. I’m grateful that they were still open and I have no issue with what was going on. The staff was always helpful. I don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel when I travel so the fact that there was a lot of construction going on did not bother me at all. I look forward to coming back to this hotel when I come back to Tampa as it is convenient and a good value for the money.

Shuttle service is NOT every 30 minutes!
The website says the shuttle runs 24 hours a day every 30 minutes. After waiting outside at 11:30pm with my 70 year old mom, I called the hotel. Sat on hold for 15 minutes until they came back and said they'd send the shuttle for us but it would be 15 minutes before it could get there.

The property is in a major renovation. The elevators being used were very sketchy we were scared each and every time we used them. There was dust and debris every where. The computers went in and out at the hotel. I had to walk to the atm to get cash ( and pay a fee) to be able to pay for breakfast.
