Under construction! Not worth full price!

Stayed at the property last night. The lobby was under construction and there was dust everywhere. The check in desk was a closet. I never would have booked if I knew it was under construction. And they charged full price! What a mess!

Not my favorite garden spot

The hotel was under renovation. This should have been highlighted before we booked. The first room offered had a broken ON setting and was frigid. The next room had newly laid carpet that had not been aired out and the smell was overwhelming. Disappointed in the lack of free breakfast which used to be a hallmark offering at garden inn. As a Hilton honors member for many years, I have been accustomed to Hilton properties being of better quality
